"Exactly how the BUS should be!"

About: North Middlesex Hospital

My son has been attending the paediatric unit for a few years. He is now transitioning to an adult ward. Although it has been a troubling time for him, the staff have always been incredible towards us. The staff; ward sister, junior sister, nurse and receptionist, have got to know him as an individual and treated him as one, always trying their best to cater for his needs and mindful of his circumstances, aswell as going beyond their responsibilities. Even when they are rushed off their feet they always have time for us.  These ladies are incredible. They are a credit to the NHS service and I hope they are valued by others as much as we value them. Thanks again ladies.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you for your kind feedback I will make sure this is passed on to the paediatric team. I hope all goes well for the future.
