I was welcomed by a staff member whom I had seen on a previous occasion and he was completely professional and caring as in my earlier appointment with him.
I have now been referrred for a further scan and am delighted by the outcome of my visit.
Just one point please,
Is it possible to repair the screen for self sign in as it would save time queuing?
