"Superb treatment ;when having Angioplasty"

From the pre treatment review, a week before, with cardiac sister and staff nurse, until leaving catheter lab ward after angioplasty, all involvement with staff was exceptional.

Cardiac nursing staff were so very professional (and skilled in terms of both knowledge/advice/support and practical treatment such as fitting cannula).

Consultant and his colleagues in the catheter lab were similarly practising to the highest levels.

What was probably most significant for the patient experience was the way information/diagnosis/planned treatment was shared it a totally transparent and understandable way so that I was fully involved before, during and after the angioplasty.
