I arrived at the Oakham MIU at 8.30, as the website stated it opened at this time. The very helpful staff explained that although the unit is open, the first appointment is not until 9am. They have tried to change the information on the website but their requests have not been acted on.
Annoying as I only came to Oakham MIU (rather than Stamford) due to the earlier opening time.
