I recently took an elderly neighbour to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for his 09:00 appointment.
We arrived at 08:45 for a small operation and possible skin graft.
The TV screen was reporting that all the specialists/doctors were running from 1 hour to 20 minutes late.
There was a group of young trainees who were moved around from room to room as it was uncertain which room they should use.
At 9:30 an attendant announced that they had issues with the computers and that there will be delays but all patients will be seen to.
I could not help but think that the place lacks organisation.
