About: Rampton Hospital / Personality Disorder Pathway

(as a service user),

I am a patient on Quantock Ward in (Rampton Hospital). I wanted to write my appreciation for my named nurse Staff Nurse Mark for his help to improve my mental health. I have worked with him a number of years now and have always found him a very good and professional member of staff who often tries his best to help patients.

I wanted to say how thankful I am for this
