"Diabetic blood test"

About: Vale Medical Centre

(as the patient),

Recently I went for my annual diabetic blood test. The member of staff said that they could not take my blood as my veins were too deep. The member of staff also said that they were not trained to take blood from my left hand, that they were not trained in using a butterfly needle.

After attempting once to get blood from my s the member of staff gave up and told me to go away. I find my experience incredible.
