I attended the unit in May 2018 for botox injections, and the ambulance took a bit longer than it should have for my return journey.

Despite the fact that the unit closes at 4.30pm, two nurses stayed with me until the ambulance came at 7pm, They also phoned my care company to inform them I would need a later visit, and kept checking with the patient transport service to see when the ambulance was coming. They also provided food, which really made my day.

I was super impressed with those nurses, and would like to thank them for going above and beyond their duty for me!
