"So good that we could talk"

About: Arran War Memorial Hospital / General Psychiatry Arran War Memorial Hospital / Geriatric Medicine

(as a service user),

I asked for an assessment from the Community Mental Health (Elderly) team as I think I need some assistance. A lady came to my house and did an assessment. The questions she asked were relevant and I had great fun. So good to talk. She was very accommodating and treated me well.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear pictorqt85,

Thank you for taking time to tell us that you found this visit so helpful and that you were treated so well. I am really pleased how positive this meeting has been and I am sure the nurse (and team) will feel the same when I pass this on.

I hope your health continues improving.

Best wishes,

Eunice
