I would like to express my thanks to the consultant, the team on Tavistock ward, in recovery and the anaesthetist. I was dreading having my procedure, but everyone put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout the day. I was treated with professional, friendly and compassionate care and communication was great throughout the day. Once again, a massive thank you.
