"useless"

Been going to this doctors since i was a baby and constantly been unimpressed with them. Most recently, I had an appoitnment booked and had to change it, so i called and spoke to somebody on reception to move it, the earliest time they had was a fortnight after this. Two weeks later I attend the surgery, only to find that my appointment hasnt even been booked. I thought it may have been me getting the date wrong however it wasnt, the person i had spoken to over the phone had simply cancelled my existing appointment and not even booked me in for another. What an absolute waste of my time, i had to take time off work to attend also. The worst bit about it was that i was off on holiday the following day so couldnt even be seen prior to that. Worst dosctors ever i will most definitely be moving surgeries as the service has consistently been poor. The last few times i have been for appointments i have been rused through, not listened to and fobbed off.
