What I liked

i first attended the urgent care department at bishop auckland and was transfered to darlington memorial by ambulance.The treatment that i received from bishop auckland staff ,the ambulance crew and the staff at darlington can only be described as outstanding.The level of care that i received was 5 star plus. Many many thanks to all concerned

What could be improved

It would be very difficult to get any better.
