What I liked
My father aged 87 attended the outpatient clinic for a follow up appointment regarding his prostate treatment. He was treated with respect and consideration by the consultant who explained everything regarding my father's treatment in clear and simple terms even giving us a laugh. This appointment restored my faith in the Royal Oldham Hospital and the NHS.
What could be improved
Time keeping - The consultation was over an hour late.
