"trying to get after care help"

About: Whiteleaf Centre

Was referred to the hospital on an out patient bases as I was feeling suicidal and had tried to self harm, the staff where empathetic towards me and gave me an appointment and medication on second appointment. They where nice towards me. However after several months I was discharged as i felt that i didn't need their help any more, I have followed the advice given, i.e. to get into the recovery college and this will help me socialise more, but this is the thing, I have phoned recovery college/ e-mailed them not heard a thing from them so, as the recovery college doesn't want to acknowledge me I did a search for an alternative people that could help me, I ended up on bucks MIND, they were more than willing to help me, but I needed the either my mental health nurse or my therapist at white leaf to fill a risk assessment sheet out for me so I could join at Mind. I have now been chasing them for nearly a month now for them to fill it out, have left phone messages and have turned up in person to see therapist but both of the above people pretend to be out and refuse to see or speak to me. Spoke to my therapist's secretary and said look I would like some form of acknowledgement, even if it is to say no, or lost form etc I wont be upset if that is the case just stop pretending that I don't exist she said she will get back to me about it, well still waiting! and then they wonder why I self harm and have suicidal feelings, it is when people like these have blantant dis-regard for me and show no respect for there patients that they wonder why they get abused and why there patients self harm. They are just a waste of time, that;s why I self medicate!
