my 91yr old mother came in with a broken hip which required surgery and received dedicated professional care from every member of staff. She was treated with a great deal of dignity and compassion as she was old, confused and frightened. we were kept informed of any decisions and she progressed well, so much so that she was discharged within 2 weeks of her fall. The physiotherapists were also incredibly supportive and patient.
