A disgrace. Massively understaffed, can never get appointments- even for 3 year old daughter. Surgery opens on Sunday at 9. We rang, at 9 and kept on phone for 20 minutes to be told no more places available. Must be more patients than they can handle. Staff tired and not willing to listen to the full story- only treat one symptom at a time, no interest in exploring or examine further options. Cheapest, easiest- should be the motto.

We are trying our best to register elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review of our surgery.

I understand from your comment that you have had a problem booking into the surgery on a Sunday. The weekend hub service, although hosted at our Ireland Wood site, is run and managed by a separate management team and structure, and the staff are not employed by the practice. The Ireland Wood hub serves patients registered at several practice in the Leeds area, and after a substantial funding cut by the Leeds West CCG, the hub was no longer able to offer the volume of appointments it held in the past. We understand the frustration of patients, as we know that the service is valued, however this decision was out of the control of the practice.

Whilst I completely understand your frustration, I can assure you that 'cheapest, easiest' is not the motto of our surgery, and we work extremely hard under very difficult and high pressured circumstances to provide the best service that we can for our patients, despite increasing expectations from the public and decreasing funds from the NHS.
