"Bad experience at Mile End Hospital"

About: Mile End Hospital / Rheumatology

The reception staff were not friendly and doing so many things at the same time making a long wait. Blood form requests all over their desk and the receptionist instead of clinicians giving the form to patients! No proper privacy at the reception area . Asked for urine sample which never was checked by anyone . Waiting Area dirty and only one small bin full of rubbish all over the floor . Toilets dirty and no hand wash and full of unchecked urine samples.Had to go for X-rays and that area was same no reception staff and radiographer were sorting things out when they were free and building work was happening at the same time in that area full of dust very bad experience in Mile End hospital . I wish could see that consultant in Lovely Royal London Hospital Outpatient.
