I’ve observed basic cutbacks,in materials provided and equipment some understandable some questionable but over all coped with..

One of the greatest frustration was the staffing levels on the ward. This must be transparent to senior management just look through the last years record..!!!!

Is this really in the best practice? and the welfare of your staff??!
