What an interesting experience Haygarth ward. A gastro Ward at Royal united hospital served by the most dedicated, stoical team . From the regular domestics yo the. Consultants and practice managers Drs and nurses, all pitch in triumphing over adversity every day.. working in some of the demanding environment. I’ve observed basic cutbacks,in materials provided and equipment some understandable some questionable but over all coped with..
One of the greatest frustration was the staffing levels on the ward. This must be transparent to senior management just look through the last years record..!!!!
Is this really in the best practice? and the welfare of your staff??!
