"Brilliant care from Minor injuries unit"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as the patient),

I attended the minor injuries unit at the New Victoria in Glasgow yesterday lunchtime. I had a few weeks before, been working with tiles in my kitchen and without noticing it the time stood on a tiny sharp shard of tile. It was embedded deep into the ball of my foot.

As a type 1 diabetic, I spoke to my GP, who advised to attend the hospital.

Dear imcraig,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on Care Opinion.

I am pleased to hear that the staff took good care of you in the Minor Injuries Unit at the New Victoria Hospital.

Your injury sound painful and I hope that you are recovering well and that you are able to carry out more home improvements soon.

Best wishes,

Antje
