"Terrible management procedures,"

I have only just joined this service. They want you to practically kneel in front of them before they will even write a repeat prescription and send it to the local chemist,. I have now run out of medicines and they are closed so I cannot get anything done till Monday,. Ordered the prescription on Monday 18th June - today is 23rd June. Chemist says they faxed it thorough but nothing has turned up! When I phoned the practice for ta repeat prescription was told they need you to appear at the surgery just to ask for one to be written, then go away and come back to collect it but the practice is a mile away and I have bursitis! now i am without all medicines. Changing my practice for sure!
