"We felt as though no-one actualy cared about us"

What could be improved

We had to wait over 3hours to be seen by a doctor and we only got seen because I complained ,they first thought we had gone home, then they thought we had been seen to but they just forgot about us, the doctor said it was just a glitch. yes very funny, I was there with my daughter after she had collided with a car and in pain but at the end of the day it was ok it was just a glitch. The waiting area was dirty with food and drink on the seats and floor, it was very hot no windows open and packed with patients, after seeing the doctor he told us no broken bones but even though my daughter was in pain he didnt even give her any pain killers to bring home. In a nut shell improvements are needed in cleaning and compunications between staff would be a great start, please open some windows and turn the heating down after all fresh air is good for us.
