"A Recent New Patients Review"

I have recently moved to this practice and can not recommend it more highly. Having used the same surgery for many years I could not trust my doctors, felt they didn’t believe me when I spoke to them about my mental health and had stopped making appointments at all as the whole process was too distressing for me. After years of making no progress with my mental health at this old surgery, when I moved I thought I would give Queen Street a chance, not expecting much.

From the off they were excellent. Always texting reminders before appointments, even at busy times being able to get through on the telephone and helping me with urgent queries by getting a doctor to call me back!

The surgery itself is clean and modern, allowing you to view all your details online, make appointments online. I find that I can mostly get an appointment when I never could at my old surgery. The receptionists are really quite helpful and I don’t feel like they pry into your conditions as I have experienced previously.

The doctors themselves, though I’ve only seen two, have been amazing. One particular doctor is the first doctor to believe me, listen to me and empathise with me about my problems. I am so grateful for this. She explained medication to me thoroughly and made it clear that I could contact her at the surgery if I had any concerns which reassured me so much.

Overall I’m so happy I gave this surgery another chance and I would truly recommend it!
