What I liked

The care and compassion of the staff from ward cleaners and tea trolley ladies right the way through to the top consultants.

What could be improved

Perhaps a day room for patients on move to for a change of scene when they are beginning to mobilise.

As my condition involved an upper GI problem and then an unrelated cancer I did wonder if there was one consultant with a full overview of my case.

Anything else?

This was my first experience of hospital and everyone combined to make it as comfortable and stress free an experience as possible
