Forced to walk from Twickenham Station to Richmond station due to a technicality after a great evening watching the Rolling Stones 60,0000 people on the same route, I am registered disabled due to a collapsed vertibrae and use a stick for support approaching Twickenham bridge due to uneven paving slabs I tripped and smashed the side of my head on the floor My Husband and other members of the public namely a St Johns Ambulance man and a Police Medic my" HERO" came to my aid, an Ambulance was called and after assessment took me to your A & E department where I was treated with the utmost care and attention by all your staff following a head scan and various X Rays Doctor took very, very good care of me explaining my treatment and supplying information sheets for my Doctor regarding issues that needed further investigation when thoroughly satisfied I was discharged and given a goodie bag for my long journey home to Norfolk. I cannot praise your staff enough for the way you all treated me and my husband thank you one and all. GOD BLESS YOU.
