"Compassionate caring surgery"

was Giving early morning appointment with a doctor whom knows me very well.although I suffer with chronic GAD and other mental health issues .i am now comfortable visiting this surgery .as the two drs I normally see are so caring and go well above and beyond to make me feel at ease .i was giving plenty of time to talk my dr was kind genital caring and fully explained concerns to me.this dr starts work so very early and has so much to get through in a day ..yet his patients is his first and upmost concern.this shines through with his gentle nature.i left feeling completely reassured .the nurses there are such a fantastic assist to the surgery early arriving ready to follow duties of the dr requests taken bloods ECT there are a few and all so very kind and caring.and work extremely hard..then the receptionists there a great team so dedicated to ensuring the practice runs smoothly.and do all in there power to fit you in with dr of your choice.so my opinion of this surgery is100% fantastic.i feel privileged to have a surgery like this to attend to...it’s always 100% imacuality clean.so here’s a huge big thank you to all at this surgery.and let’s remember them all during the 70th year of the NHS..it’s these people that keep the good NHS reputation ongoing ..so let’s all say thank you to all at Groby toad whom simply is a credit to the NHS jo
