What I liked
The staff on Goldhanger ward were thoughtful, caring and considerate. I was particularly impressed with their attitude towards the elderly patients on the ward - they were kind and commpassionate and couldn't do enough to make them feel comfortable and meet their needs.
The food I was offered while on the ward was very also very good and their was a wide choice of dishes available.
I was very impressed overall and think all the staff, from cleaners to consultants, should be acknowledged for the work they do.
