What I liked
This weekend the hospital saved my daughters life by responding very quickly to a burst appendix. Every member of staff was superb, from auxilliaries, porters, nurses, doctors, anaesthatists and surgeons. Everybody went the extra mile and showed outstanding care. The surgeon even popped in over the weekend to see how my daughter was.
The hospital was clean, there were lots of toys, the food was good (not that she was hungry) and we were as cared for as her parents as she was. It is easy to tell when somebody is just doing a good job and when they really care. The staff on F3 really care.
What could be improved
The car parking is ridiculously expensive. I must have gone through thirty quid this week.
"An outstanding level of clinical and emotional..."
