After a horrible few months battling one problem after another, I was berated earlier this year by an Arnewood GP, while I was thoroughly despairing, who actually told me that their mental health was better than mine.
Yes, really.
I saw no point in formally complaining, it would have taken what little energy I had at the time.
The other review from 2016 re. the practice's attitude to mental health was right.
Thank goodness I switched surgeries.
