"ENT visit"

About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I went to the hospital as a walk in patient for help with my sudden hearing loss. All staff were friendly and approachable. The ENT receptionist was very helpful and quickly located a nurse for me to talk too. She took me to a private area and within a short space of time I had had a hearing check (again - supportive and sympathetic technician) and had been seen by a Doctor. The Doctor was highly professional and knowledgeable and, again, very sympathetic, reassuring and understanding.

After just over an hour, I had been seen by everyone and was picking up my prescription. An incredible service - I can't recommend this department highly enough.
