Looking at previous comments it seems that telephone booking system is still inadequate 12 months later
Why waste NHS money sending out letters to patients such as myself asking me to have my bloods tested and make an appointment only to be frustrated by the computerised telephone answering system referring me to numbers in Wales, Scotland and who to call if your are seriously ill. Nothing of any use if you want to make an appointment the sole reason why the number exists is it any wonder I have blood pressure issues.
