About: Bath Lodge Practice

Like many other patients of this Practice my Wife and I were upset at all the upheaval of the last 2 years, especially the fact that our named GP had left.

At our age the unfamiliar faces and because of hearing problems, the difficulty of even trying to phone for either appointments or medication is slightly 'overwhelming'.

All local surgeries had the same problems.

However.

On Monday 18th June I rang to get help for my Wife.

It was at 0800 and I got through after 20 seconds and within a few minutes had an appointment to see a GP less than 2 hours later!

The receptionist was clear and sympathetic.

In my opinion they are trying!
