"Amazing Staff"

My daughter is still in the hospital. We came into A&E on Tues after she had a serious fall down a flight of stairs. From arriival the staff on reception, triage, trauma and Shopland ward have been amazing. Even though they are clearly under pressure nothing is too much. I can't fault anything and they deserve full recognition. What I have found disheartening is the number of patients who constantly find fault with everything and never stop complaining. I wldnt be a nurse for any amount of money and think that maybe a 'this is a hospital not a hotel' would be a good idea.
