"Dispicable service"

About: Ealing Hospital / Dermatology

Have been waiting over 9 weeks for results of a severely displastic mole, was called in to receive the results 3 weeks ago and after waiting an hour a nurse called me in to say I’d be wrongly informed to come in and was immediately sent home!

Chase secretary at least three times a week with promises of calls back and I still haven’t heard anything back, it’s peoples lives they’re dealing with ! To not hear either way after a cancer scare is absolutely disgusting!

Total incompetencey and failure we see yet again!

Will try and phone again today for the fourth time this week !! 9 weeks and counting since my excision !!!
