"Pain clinic appointment"

About: Castle Healthcare Practice

I visited this facility today for an appointment at the pain clinic. I tried to register on the computer access but was unable to. I went to the receptionist who was quite sharp with me & stated I would not be able to register unless I was a patient at the practice. She asked my name & even though I am disabled said I needed to go up the stairs & just wait. Seeing the look on my face she said oh and there's a lift. Went up one floor in the lift to a large expanse of rooms for different people.

Computer down so couldn't log in. No sign to say was in right place, no person to ask. After hubby went down to ask what to do she tersely said she had logged me in & just to wait. After one hour was seen & was informed computer down so it was not possible to access records.

It would have been nice to have a sign at reception for pain clinic appointments so you know where to go.

To be told I had been logged in and a sign upstairs saying pain clinic patients.
