I had been experiencing unusual bleeding for some time and was concerned so visited my GP. I was then referred to Cross house hospital Gynecology department.

I was extremely nervous. But the Michelle and the girls working there were absolutely amazing and put me at ease. I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. I can honestly say, the treatment I received from the team was the BEST I have ever received. They are clearly a strong team who work very well together and it shows.

Thankfully everything for me worked out well. It was my coil that had been causing me problems and once it was removed and a new one was replaced, my bleeding stopped. So Nurse Michelle's diagnosis was spot on. Keep up the superb work ladies you are doing an amazing job. I can't thank you all enough X
