I don’t like leaving poor reviews.
However:
Elderly father nearly knocked off feet by porter and nurse wheeling patient to another ward.
Lung Function Test had to be rearranged because the date was a week later than review.
Lung function test had to happen day of review.
Person who did it was exceptional.
Went around to wait for Doctor.
HCA has attitude problem that we sat in corridor waiting rather than waiting to be called.
However we were told to wait in the corridor.
Doctor over 45 minutes plus another patient in front late.
No explanation was given.
There were 4 other Doctors apparently in that clinic as well.
Nurses seemed frightened to ask Doctors why they were late.
Had to leave as it would be gone 6pm by the time we would have been seen.
Too late for pensioners.
I have a few nice people there but not enough to warrant a good review.
"Exceptionally poor"
