"Rude Staff/ No appointmenst"

About: Pathfields Medical Group

Exceptionally rude, obnoxious receptionists. Never able to get an appointment and rarely see a doctor. I have an autistic daughter who phoned for an appointment and came off the phone very upset after being spoken rudely to by receptionist. There is one receptionist in particular who treats you like an idiot & it appears her sole purpose is to prevent you getting an appointment or even a call back.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 10 years and it is with a heavy heart that I and my daughter now choose to leave. Utterly appalling.

We need to take these comments very seriously.

Please can you make a formal complaint to the practice so we can investigate your issue and address it.

This is important to us whether or not you continue to remain a patient with us.

Our receptionists have a very difficult job as there are not enough appointments to meet demand but there is no excuse for rudeness and this is something we would need to investigate., but cannot do so effectively without you making contact with use direct.
