Today my husband has waited for two hours at the walk in GP service only to be told he missed his appointment. He sat in front of the screen and did not even go to the toilet. The rude receptionist blamed him.
Impossible to book an appointment. I have requested appointments for my poorly daughter when she was 6 months old and was told to attend the walk in. This was very distressing for my poorly baby to sit in the surgery waiting for hours (literally 2 hours).
The reception staff are on the whole very rude and unhelpful.
I appreciate the nhs is struggling but this surgery is poor.
I have however seen some good GPs here when I’ve waited to see them.
