"Don't sign up here if you need long-term mental..."

I've had issues with repeat prescriptions 3 times in the last year - they say if you put in your repeat it will come in 48 hours - I've often had to wait 5-7 days for it to be received by my pharmacy, which can be disastrous for me as I am on anti-depressants.

I've been going to this GP for 6 years because it's right next to my house, but don't be fooled by the decor and art - there are serious operational issues here. You will almost never see the same GP more than one. Want to book an appointment with a particular GP? How about in 2-3 months? Yes, you can get emergency appointments on the day if you ring at 8:30 and wait on the phone for half an hour, but if you have mental health issues like me, it's not always the best thing to see a random doctor everytime. There seems to be very little communication between staff.

I've been here so long, struggling so much with suicidal thoughts, as well as physical health problems that haven't been sorted or even investigated that I've had enough and am moving on. I felt it was important to let others know that dealing with this surgery is terrible for your health. Mean receptionists, bad pharmacy practices, cancelled appointments (by them), impossible to get schedules appointments in 4 weeks or less - avoid avoid avoid!!! Please start caring more about your patients and less about aesthetics and homeopathy.
