About: Solihull Hospital / Clinical haematology

Horrible rude woman in ward 10 blood test room waiting room had no tickets left so we went to queue at the door only 6 of us waiting a pregnant woman sat down to have her bloods done and she asked for ticket none of us even people before had one, lady had been urgently sent down from birthing centre for blood test and rude nirse told her and us to go back in the waiting room and she will give us a ticket 10 minutes before it shuts and only 6 of us what a horrid horrid woman and to expect a lady who's waters have broke to get up and requeue telling her no antenatal blpod tests are allowed unless they call down on phone first.
