What I liked

I attended the A&E department on a busy Friday afternoon with 4 hour waits, I was seen by a very stressed snappy nurse practitioner who sent me off to x-ray. In x-ray the nurses there was very pleasant and told me I would have to go back to Minor injuries, back in minor injuries I was seen by another ENP she was very nice and jolly and explained that I had a fracture and that I would have to be in cast and would have to have the use of crutches, I was potted up by a happy young man who evidently loved his job and he explained to me what I needed to do after leaving the department all the staff was very busy and apart from the first woman I had a very pleasant time while I was in the department.
