"Excellent level of care"

I attended the gastroenterology department for a routine bowel screening procedure.

This was potentially an embarrassing procedure but the staff from the receptionist through to the screening team were extremely professional.

My initial apprehension was quickly relieved and the procedure was fully explained to me and in all truthfulness I experienced no pain and no discomfort throughout and I would certainly advise men to take up the offer of the bowel screening as there is nothing to fear or be embarrassed about.
