"Poor sevice from the Emergency Department."

What I liked

Called the Emergency Department and spoke to a staff nurse to see if my friend was in attendene there after 22 mins a sister from the emergency department told me that she was "Not in the ED" on ringing my friend on her mobile concerned she told me she was in the ED. Total lack of awereness from the ED staff.

What could be improved

Staff to be more awere of the patients in the emergency department.
