Constant difficulty on getting through to reception staff on phone. Better to call at GP’s. Had to go to practice at 8am to book appointment before. On returning for appointment No Gp working, although did have a nurse prescriber.
Myself or family don’t use GP often but always have a service we are unhappy with.
I am changing GP practices.
