"Delivery Assessment unit - awful"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Maternity

Absolutely by far the worst place to go when your having problems witg your baby and worried your going into labour. Staff absolutely not bothered just bothered about bed space only 4 beds in the assessment area and your made to feel guilty for even being there, very patronising unfriendly staff and as for the so called male doctor who has no interest in actually listening to what your saying has his own pre populated answers ready and answers but not even with any relevance to the question your asking and has irresponsible conflicting advice based on complete opposites to every other doctor ive even encounteted. I'll be making a formal more detailed complaint to relevant body to discuss my experiences in more detail as a review site is not thr forum for such personal details.
