Almost impossible to get an appointment! Have found staff and doctors are rude when speaking over the phone. When mistakes made always assert blame on visitors rather than themselfs. Often due to bad communication within the surgery.

I am terribly sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with our appointment system and staff.

We offer a variety of appointments, some of which are available 48 hours in advance (by calling after 8.30am), others can be booked in advance or online and we also have an urgent appointment procedure. Further details are available on our website.

Rudeness is not acceptable and if you would like me to investigate this aspect, we have Complaint or Comments Forms available in reception or you can write in for my attention and these will be dealt with in accordance with our Complaints Procedure.

I hope that future contact with the practice will be more positive.
