"Exceptional support and patience."

My daughter had an appointment at 5.10pm to check for diabetes, all she needed was a sample of blood from a small prick to the finger for this to be done. My daughter became very anxious and did not want it done. The Dr was very patient and understanding and put my daughter at ease. I feel she understood my daughter was anxious and tried her best to reassure her. We did not leave the Dr's room until 6.30pm, I felt bad for taking so much of her time but she never made me feel like my daughter was been daft. My daughter suffers with anxiety and other problems and it was so lovely to have someone who truthfully understands and wanted to help and support my child. Thank you Dr.
