"Best surgery!"

Best surgery around. I attend primarily for appointments re mental health. I am treated with dignity and respect and involved as appropriate in making choices to do with my care. I can always get a follow up appointment in the time frame needed, and always get an emergency appointment on the day when needed. My only criticism of this system is that the phone lines are constantly engaged, so I get these appointments by going down in person first thing - those less mobile, with children or living further away would not be able to do this as easily.
