"Had blood test with a HCA"

Today i had a blood test with a member of staff, she was amazing such pleasant environment very helpful. I explained how i had a phobia of blood and how normally my blood tests would be a nightmare my bp would go down. She told me to lie down and spoke to me in friendly tone i did not feel a thing nor did i become dizzy. In the waiting area i felt very anxious. Thank you so much.
