As a family we probably need an appointment once a year if that. I called up because my child had hayfever to the point her eyes are swelled and she's sent home from school as she could not continue with her work, I am still told sorry no appointments and no telephone appointments. I then request a prescription so her school can administer antihistamines for her during the day to be told requests have to be put in writing. So I type a letter and take It down, two weeks later still waiting for the outcome so call today to be told there is nothing on the system, I was cross on the phone and for that I apologise and the lady I spoke with kindly said she will put the request in writing for me, now I have to try and get through again to speak to someone tomorrow regarding the outcome.
I'm actually disgusted with the service here and at the end of the day you have a duty of care and she's a child for goodness sake.
"What a joke!!"
